Bought the silent forest cause my son was having problem sleeping at night. It really helps him to sleep through and the smell is light and crisp. Not heavy so makes sleeping sweet and easy. He spray it over his neck area as he also has a neck ache. It relaxes his muscles around his neck and the next day he felt much better. Slept through the night. Highly recommended.
